What you can expect at a healing session. If it is your first session with me I will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire just things like name, contact details etc, also how you are feeling right now and if applicable how you have been feeling since your last session. This is only for our records to look back at to see your progress. You remain fully dressed at all times and it is up to you if you wish to lay on my couch (which I bring with me) or sit on a chair which I usually need access all round to. The chair should be like a kitchen table chair or maybe a garden chair because of the height and access you can place it in the middle of the room. I would say to put cushions or a blanket on the chair for comfort as the session usually lasts approx. 45 mins. I would say to choice a peaceful room and time of day when you are least to be disturbed. I proffer to play soft music in the back ground (which I bring with me) as I find this helps with relaxation. But it is up to you if this is played or not. I usually begin with placing my hands over your head or hart area which ever my guides lead me to. I then ask silently for my guides to lead me to where they feel you need help. My hands move around your body usually about 4” or so above your body I very rarely do hand on healing for no other reason than I have not been guided to do so. You may not feel anything yourself which is fine a lot of people don’t feel anything especially there first session or so but I can assure you the angles are doing their work. I will be able to tell you at the end of the session where I felt most of the work being done. Some people feel things like warmth, tingling, cold some have said they feel like they are floating or swaying like a ship on water, they have seen flashes of colour. This is fine to but remember we are all different this is what makes us who we are. I generally feel warmth or tingling sensations in my hands which indicates to me healing is being channeled, I have at times felt pain for example a pain in my hip when my hands move to this area and the pain subsides for me when they move on. I believe this to be my guides showing me the area of pain you are either experiencing or an underlying problem and for me to let you know about it at the end of the session. I will put my hands on your shoulder to let you know the session has ended. I will then usually ask you to wright down how you are feeling and if you felt anything thought the session. As I said before this is only for us to look back on to see your progress.
